Fees & Booking Terms

Booking conditions

Reservation is a contract. It is regretted that refunds cannot be made, however, attendees may be substituted at any time. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified to Health Links Events Ltd in writing. Final papers and joining instructions will be send at least one week prior to the conference providing full payment has been made.

Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card on the day.

Conference fees

The conference fee includes: conference attendance, conference papers, lunch, tea and coffee. It does not include dinner, travel and accommodation.

Social event

The conference dinner will take place on 16 October and will include a delicious four course meal and after-dinner entertainment. It will conclude with a disco party. The price for the Dinner is £52 + VAT and admittance to the disco that follows is free of charge.

Please note that Health Links will not be held responsible for hotel bookings; all reservations are made entirely between the hotel and the individual.
